Clean Tech Plan

Bryan Cave handles a wide range of matters that fall within the umbrella of our Clean Tech Plan. The intent of the plan is to coordinate our work for clients in these areas to ensure that clients gain the benefit of our experience and expertise across practice areas and geographic boundaries, with the goal of providing the most valuable, cost-effective services to new and existing clients, as well as expanding our expertise and client relationships in matters relating to energy, environment and other “green” initiatives. Existing and potential clients in these areas include alternative energy producers (particularly geothermal and wind power producers), traditional energy producers and distributors, other energy-related products and services (including, for example, a manufacturer of high-efficiency power transmission cable), other “clean-tech” and “green-tech” companies and other inventors of energy-related technologies and a wide range of other companies that are working to achieve greater energy efficiency, water conservation, sustainability and/or other “green” goals, as well as almost any substantial energy and/or water consumers (i.e., potentially, almost any significant business).
